This poem has been stuck in my head for days now… I wrote it a long time ago but wanted to share it with you today since it’s been a few years

What I thought could be turned to scrambled sham,
The wind was blowing wildly, not by way of my hand.
My mind remains boggled,
As I methodically mess up my thoughts,
With drudge, fears, and expectancy,
Which for a while refused to budge.
Then an angel saved my fall,
And brought tears of emotional flaw,
In times of worldly matters,
When no one is to trust
Lives continue shattered, majority thriving on lust;
And I continue masquerading,
Reminded nothing is of what life consists…
That’s what makes me anything,
In this place of palaces and pits.
So losing who I was becoming,
Was the best thing I ever did.
For I finally found myself again,
Transforming in the midst.
In this world beautified by bliss.
